Recovery of a consciouse man overboard. First test of the MS00 Markusnet on board the yacht Silver Lady.

This operation was done by one rescuer. Equipment: A MS.00 Markusnet with 25 m buoyant throw-line on the inner end and 120 m attachment line between yacht and the outer end of the Markusnet. A treble block hoisting system fastened to safety halyard from centre of the mast. This unit comes now standard with 20 attachment line. In this case it was 120 m as we were measuring how long time it took the 100 metre line to run out if we were sailing steady at 5 miles an hour.
